Roll up! Roll Up! It’s show time, by which we mean the Caravan, Camping and Motorhome Show at the NEC this week, and we will have two special guests – the Bailey Snow Season snowboarding ambassadors, Faye Young and Simon Cudlip – flying in from their campsite in Austria to be on our stand on Friday, Saturday and Sunday to answer any questions about using a caravan for a winter sports holiday in the snow, or holidays at any time of year.

They live in their Bailey caravan full time, with winters snowboarding, competing and coaching in Austria and summers in the UK working on a campsite (near a lake for wakeboarding, of course).

They’re a young couple (22 and 26) who love caravanning and using it as a base for their active sports, and they love talking about it.  They also understand the restrictions of the weight of caravan you can tow if you’ve passed your driving test after 1 January 1997, without having to take an extra test to have B+E entitlement.

You might have already read their #BaileySnowSeason Tweets or posts on this blog, in which case you’ll know that Faye and Simon own a 2008 Bailey Pageant, which they’ve swopped for the 2015/16 winter season for a new Bailey Pegasus Brindisi to show how the thermal efficiency of the latest Bailey caravans has improved to make them comfortable and easy to use through all four seasons.
