Bailey of Bristol was the toast of the industry when it secured the lion’s share of accolades at the 32nd Caravan Industry Awards announced during the recent International Caravan and Motorhome Show held at the NEC. The company won two of the three price category awards and then claimed the top prize, with the Tourer of the Year title going to the Senator Series 6 Wyoming for the second consecutive year.

'Ten Star' Bailey Ranger is Which Caravan Magazine’s Best Family Caravan

The Bailey Ranger 620/6 has been heralded as the UK’s Best Family Caravan by Which Caravan Magazine during the presentation of their 2008 Tourer of the Year Awards. This accolade follows a ten star review in the same publication earlier this year, where the 620/6 was awarded an unprecedented ten out of ten in its debut product test.

In 2005, The Caravan Club invited designers, engineers and enthusiasts to enter the Caravan of the Future - Design Concept Competition. The response was fantastic with over 300 entries submitted from people of all walks of life providing their interpretation of the Caravan of the Future. The designs took into consideration the changing ways in which we enjoy our lesiure time and the new technologies and materials at our disposal.

Bailey to launch innovative new fixed bed model at the NEC in February

In recent years Bailey has led the field in fixed bed caravan design, being the first UK manufacturer to bring the ground-breaking new Senator Indiana and the Senator Virginia layouts to market. Both models offer inventive solutions to the issue of adapting the usage of interior space to accommodate a fixed double bed.
