Opening Times
The Customer Helpline is open 5 days a week Monday to Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm excluding public and factory holidays (lunchtime closing 12.30 - 1.30pm)
The Bailey factory holidays are as follows. Please note that you will experience a delay in receiving a reply if you contact the Helpline during these periods
